day 4 Memphis Graceland, then Nashville

Tour Elvis Presley's famous Graceland, a 14 acre estate, museum, and entertainment complex.  See Elvis's business office, trophy building, meditation gardens where the king is laid to rest. Later travel thru central Tennesse to Nashville.  Rolling Terrain, magnificent mansions and historic sights decorate the country as your route brings you to Music City.  Arrive at the amazing Gaylord Opryland Resort to begin a 2 night stay.  The resort features 3 interior gardens under glass roofs including waterfalls and a system with passenger carrying flatboats, a variety of restaurants, lounges and shows.  Gaylord Opryland offers some of the most distinctive holiday entertainment you can imagine. Tonight enjoy a Holiday dinner show with your fellow travelers at the Opryland resort.

This morning we stopped by the Lorraine motel where Martin Luther King was killed on our way to Graceland.

poodle Wall paper in the bathroom of his parents.
From there we saw museums and had lunch. Then started toward Nashville. On the way we stopped at the West Tennessee Music museum where Tina Turner got her start.
we watched the Elvis Presley movie while driving to Nashville.
Once there they had all 51 of us using 2 elevators to go to our room to pee and return in 15 minutes. Impossible. We were at the rear of the line so we went to a different elevator and walked back. Then on to a dinner show. The grounds are huge with trees indoors in a big glass enclosed arboretum. The dessert was great. A chocolate mousse with a cookie underneath and cherrys underneath. The singer was so so. There was approx 1000 people there.
She was pretty boring and it was only her. We again wandered through the arboretum on the way back to our room. I think I'd like to spend some more time in there.
